Volunteer Taichi for Elderly - Citycare at Blk 8 North Bridge Rd

Through Citycare, we (Philip, David, Amanda and me) was invited to conduct a volunteer taichi session for elderly nearby Blk 8 North Bridge Road. There are elderly of Malay and Indian community, but surprisingly they enjoy the taichi session too. I am so happy that my little knowledge of Malay coversation did a great job here and the people are happy to share more Malay term with me while we share our taichi knowledge with them.

很高兴有机会和一群乐龄朋友们分享太极拳，　他们也很积极的学习。一群马来和印度同胞很可爱，很久没有机会讲马来语，已经蛮生疏了，刚好利用这个机会和他们沟通，重新学习一些马来字眼。一个钟头很快过去了，　好几个朋友很喜欢这个活动，　希望我们还能够回去教导他们。能和多点人分享太极是一项快乐的活动。
