2011 National Wushu Championship

On 26th May 2011 one of my students from the Toa Payoh Taichi Group, Mr David Teo participated in the 2011 National Wushu Championship competing in the international competitive taichi routines 24-style (senior category) event, after about 4 weeks of coaching from me..

Despite having to compete against experienced participants, he managed to secure a handsome score for himself (7.88 upon10 after penalty point deduction) losing marginally to the 1st placing and 2nd placing whom secured 8.2something and 8.1 something respectively.

I thought he did rather well for a rookie in competiton
